Foreman/Forewoman \- Construction Projects (Almería) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman \- Construction Projects in Almería. **Workplace Location** -------------------- * Almería Address: CALLE ACEBO S/N BAJO Work will be carried out primarily on construction sites distributed throughout the province of Almería; occasionally, office-based tasks will be performed at TRAGSA GROUP’s offices in Almería. **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support for site supervisors and foremen. * Organization and scheduling, together with the Site Supervisor, of on-site and office-based tasks. * Interpretation of blueprints, performing measurements and setting-out operations. * Support for construction execution control, personnel supervision, and completion and certification of monthly work reports. * Support for compliance with occupational health and safety measures on site, including informing staff about the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The TRAGSA GROUP reserves the right to request, at any stage of the selection process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as additional details from the candidate’s CV whenever such information is necessary to verify the specified requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (Bachiller), Pre-University Course (BUP or COU), Vocational Training Level I (FP I), Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II (FP II), or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) qualification (or an equivalent qualification recognized in Spain, or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * At least 1 year of professional experience in the position offered (this experience must be documented in the application via an updated CV and employment history record). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license and personal vehicle. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Certified training in Microsoft Office suite. (Attach proof) ### **Prior Experience** * Between 1 and 3 years of experience performing duties typical of this role, including support to site supervisors, blueprint interpretation, measurements, setting-out, execution control, and on-site personnel management. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 12 months, linked to the implementation of the assignment detailed in this announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union resources. + Full-time working hours.
