At **Senator Hotels & Resorts**, one of the leading Spanish hotel chains with international presence, we are seeking a **Hotel Development and Expansion Analyst** to play a key role in our growth strategy. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Identify, source, and screen new expansion opportunities (assets for lease, management, or purchase). * Conduct frequent site visits to hotels for preliminary assessments. * Analyze technical and operational feasibility, develop business plans, financial projections, and benchmarking studies. * Collaborate with the CMO on market research, competitive analysis, and positioning strategies. * Prepare executive reports, asset profiles, and internal presentations. * Maintain an updated database of opportunities, contacts, and transaction tracking. * Support the preparation of LOIs, preliminary contracts, and documentation together with the finance and legal teams. * Coordinate meetings, site visits, and schedules with owners, brokers, and investment funds. * **What do we expect from you?** * Degree in **Business Administration**, **Economics**, **Tourism**, **Engineering**, **Architecture**, or related fields. * **+2 years of experience** in hotel development, investment, or real estate. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid financial knowledge. * Upper-intermediate level of **English** (B2+). * Organized, problem-solving, autonomous profile with strong synthesis skills. * **Willingness to travel frequently** across Spain and international destinations. * **Residence in Roquetas de Mar** or nearby, or willingness to relocate. **What do we offer?** * A strategic position with direct impact on the company's expansion. * National and international career development within a dynamic environment. * Competitive conditions and professional growth opportunities. * Remote working arrangement. * **Exclusive benefits**: Discounts at our properties, health insurance, banking agreements...
