




We are seeking an administrative assistant for a construction site. The main responsibilities of the position include customer service, handling delivery notes, and receiving all goods arriving at the site. The candidate will also be responsible for stock control to ensure materials are always available. This will require using the company's internal ERP system, as well as performing other administrative tasks associated with the role. The working hours are full-time, totaling 40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday. The schedule will be split, ranging from 09:00 to 18:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Previous experience in administration. * We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual. * Living near the workplace is a plus. * Own vehicle required to commute to the work location.
