Reporting product evolution to Senior Management Project Manager We are seeking a professional with experience coordinating agile teams in the banking sector to join a strategic project in a transactional banking environment. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies. * Define and analyze metrics to measure team execution and performance. * Identify inefficiencies in work practices and propose improvements. * Report product evolution to Senior Management. * Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables. * Collaborate with the product team on continuous improvement. Mandatory Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Solid experience with Agile methodologies. * Experience in transactional banking. * Knowledge of SWIFT messaging and ISO20022\. * Basic programming knowledge. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * English level B2/C1 (mandatory). agile, Project Manager
