We look beyond conventional boundaries and break barriers to establish new standards for our industry, our customers, our communities, and ourselves. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek to hire an **Advanced Junior IT Support Technician** to join our Technology team, providing user technical support and collaborating on system, network, and IT infrastructure administration. **Main Responsibilities** * User technical support and **incident management via ticketing system**. * Administration of **Microsoft Windows, Office 365 suite (email, domains, etc.), Active Directory, and Azure AD**. * Management of **virtualized environments (Proxmox)**, corporate backups, and antivirus solutions. * Administration and maintenance of **LAN networks, VPNs, and Internet connectivity**. * Configuration of **firewalls, switches, and access points** (WatchGuard, Cisco, Netgear, TP\-Link, Ubiquiti). * Installation and maintenance of **computers, printers, and mobile devices**. * Management of **Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and access permissions**. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure. **Requirements** * Technical education in **Systems, Networks, or related fields**. * **+2 years of experience** in technical support / Service Desk. * Knowledge of **TCP/IP, LAN, VPN, WIFI**. * Experience with **ticketing tools**. * English proficiency sufficient for user support. * **On-site work**. **Desirable** * Experience in the **hospitality, tourism, or retail (POS) sectors**. * Knowledge of **IT security and device encryption**.
