We communicate our clients' security challenges to our operational teams to deliver customized responses aligned with their specific needs. We adapt the services provided by Telefónica Tech to client requirements, creating tailored dashboards and reports that allow CISOs and security managers to monitor day-to-day cybersecurity activities. We advise client security departments on our services, experiences, and cross-functional cybersecurity vision. **HOW WILL YOUR DAY TO DAY BE?** Your main responsibility will be managing all SOC operations at the client site. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding contracted cybersecurity services. * Contract management or management of multiple cybersecurity service contracts from a budgetary and milestone tracking perspective. * Management and coordination of workgroups fully or partially dedicated to assigned clients. * Cybersecurity advisory and consulting services for clients. * Liaison with commercial departments, business development, suppliers, and manufacturers involved with assigned clients. Technical escalation and coordination of security incidents or events at client sites. * **AND FOR THIS, WE BELIEVE IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAD…** **Experience** * More than 5 years in IT security and management **Education** Required: * Must hold a degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. Professional certifications in cybersecurity are valued, along with proven experience of at least 5 years in project management or leading information security projects. * The deadline to provide such documentation is fifteen days from the contract signing date.
