Description

This position involves working in the metallurgical sector, focusing on the assembly process of metal components. The candidate will be responsible for manual assembly and handling of parts, interpreting technical drawings to ensure that structures and components are assembled correctly according to project specifications. The work requires attention to detail and precision, ensuring each part fits properly and meets the quality standards established for the sector. This role is fundamental in the production chain, directly contributing to the manufacturing of metal products used across various industries such as construction or automotive. Responsibilities include using hand tools to cut, fasten, and join materials, following safety procedures to prevent accidents. The candidate is expected to work efficiently in a factory environment, maintaining a consistent pace to meet production deadlines and ensuring all tasks are performed with maximum accuracy. The role requires adaptability across different assembly stages—from initiation to completion—ensuring the final product is ready for use or sale. Additionally, a clean and organized workplace must be maintained, adhering to industrial safety regulations to protect the health and well-being of all workers. Monthly renewable contract with potential for long-term continuity. Working hours from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Salary: €11.83 gross per hour, plus productivity and punctuality bonuses where applicable. Minimum one year’s experience as an assembler in the metal sector is required, along with proficiency in using hand tools and the ability to interpret technical drawings. The candidate must reside in Southern Madrid or nearby areas, with access to a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
