Plus, we’re known for our \#Nunefest **What will your day-to-day look like?** You will join a project related to payment system operations, applying AI solutions to improve monitoring, incident detection, and incident management in production and pre-production environments. * Monitor systems and services related to payment and payout methods in production and pre-production environments. * Design and implement AI solutions for early anomaly detection, alert prioritization, and operational decision support. * Manage monitoring alerts in Opsgenie and Power BI, incorporating intelligent logic for classification and actionability determination. * Provide technical support for incidents received via ticketing, performing root cause analysis and participating in resolution. * Manage the full incident lifecycle—from opening and tracking to resolution and documented closure—ensuring traceability in JIRA. * Execute configurations for payment integrations and environments, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability. * Resolve escalated incidents and propose structural improvements aimed at preventing recurrence. * Produce clear, structured, and maintainable functional, technical, and operational documentation. **About you…** * Professional experience as an AI Engineer, preferably in production or mission-critical operational environments. * Experience in observability, monitoring, and technical incident management. * Ability to analyze needs, design solutions, and implement them end-to-end. * Experience applying AI and automation to real-world operational problems. * Ability to collaborate and coordinate with both technical and business teams, aligning priorities and ensuring effective implementation. * Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written. **What do we offer?** * Join a company in constant growth, working on innovative projects. * Flexible compensation benefits, including meal vouchers, private health insurance, and other options. * Continuous training, including English classes and IT courses to expand and update your knowledge. * A collaborative environment, working alongside technical and business teams on high-impact projects. * The opportunity to apply cutting-edge AI technologies to real challenges within the payments domain. * A dynamic project, with new challenges and the chance to progressively assume greater responsibilities. **If you think your profile fits, don’t hesitate to apply!
