Job Mission You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations by coordinating teams and resources to meet agreed-upon productivity, quality, and service objectives with the client. Main Responsibilities * Organize and coordinate operational areas for the assigned shift, ensuring operational efficiency and continuity. * Supervise and optimize established logistics processes, driving continuous improvement. * Ensure achievement of daily productivity, quality, and service targets. * Coordinate with managers across various departments to achieve overall organizational goals. * Maintain smooth and professional communication with client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. * Monitor KPIs and objectives agreed upon with the e\-commerce client, identifying deviations and proposing action plans. * Foster a positive work environment focused on collaboration, motivation, and high performance. * Directly lead a team of 10\-12 Team Leaders and indirectly manage teams of up to 1,300 people, promoting their development and performance. Candidate Profile * 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within logistics or industrial environments. * Strong decision-making ability in demanding and rapidly changing environments. * Solid leadership and large-team management skills. * Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Ability to work under pressure and simultaneously manage multiple priorities. * Strong analytical capability, with proficiency in handling and interpreting operational data and KPIs. * High level of self-expectation and commitment to operational excellence and team development.
