Job Summary: We are seeking a Forestry Worker to join the operations team at Puy du Fou Spain, responsible for forest maintenance, wildfire prevention, and phytosanitary treatments. Send your CV to rhespana@puydufou.com **Forestry Worker** --------------------- At Puy du Fou Spain, we are looking for a person to join our operations team. * **Responsibilities:** * Forest maintenance and conservation: clearing, pruning, etc. Maintain firebreaks and inspect vegetation conditions to report risks or anomalies. * Wildfire prevention and support: Participate in preventive activities against forest fires and ensure firebreaks remain operational. * Fogging and phytosanitary treatments: Prepare and apply herbicides and phytosanitary products in compliance with regulations; identify pests and diseases. * Equipment use and maintenance: Safely operate forestry machinery and fogging equipment; perform preventive maintenance and clean used materials. * **Education and Experience:** * Training in forestry work, silviculture, or natural environment management. * Knowledge of clearing, thinning, forest pruning, and removal of plant residues. * Training in forest fire prevention and suppression. * Occupational safety and health training specific to forestry operations. * Valuable experience in maintaining forestry or agricultural infrastructure, or in forest fire prevention and support for firefighting teams or forestry brigades.
