The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **Located in Arroyomolinos.** **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * **Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with afternoon shifts and two days off per week.** * Salary according to the collective agreement for collective catering, plus a responsibility allowance. * Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and supervise the use of machinery, materials, and tools. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
