




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to handle comprehensive client management, events coordination, invoicing, revenue collection, payments processing, and document archiving. Revenue and payment management We are looking for a person to perform comprehensive administrative tasks in San Martín de Valdeiglesias (Madrid). Duties include managing the customer portfolio, coordinating events, and issuing and tracking invoices. The role also entails handling revenue collection and payments, as well as maintaining both physical and digital document archives. The offered contract is permanent and part-time. Working hours are from 10:00 to 14:00, three days per week. Salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement. Computer literacy is required, specifically proficiency in Excel and management tools. Experience with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
