Job Summary: You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software developed by the technology team through the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated test suites, incorporating AI techniques. Participation in user story refinement **Job Mission** You will ensure the quality of software developed by the technology team by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites, incorporating Artificial Intelligence techniques for generating and optimizing test cases. This role ensures the stability of the company's IaaS services prior to each deployment into production environments, thereby contributing to reduced delivery cycle time and lower production defect costs. **What responsibilities and tasks will you handle?** * Design and execution of automated tests (E2E, integration, API) on the IaaS platform's staging environments. Reviewing CI/CD pipeline results and opening issues in the team's tracker. * Use of AI-assisted test generation tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude API) to accelerate test case creation from specifications or existing code. * Maintenance and refactoring of the automation framework: updating selectors, adapting to API changes, cleaning flaky tests. * Participation in user story refinement to identify acceptance criteria and define test strategy from the beginning of the development cycle (shift\-left). * Preparation of coverage and quality reports for the Tech Lead/CTO: coverage metrics, escaped defect rate, test suite execution time. **Requirements** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or an equivalent Higher Vocational Training qualification. At least 3 years of technical experience in automated QA or software development with a focus on testing. Candidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate personal automation projects (public GitHub repositories, open-source contributions).
