As part of our growth, we are looking for a **CT Quality Inspector (m/f/d)** to join our BOP Quality team, performing the following tasks: **YOUR TASKS** * Implement and supervise the BoP Quality Control Plan (QCP) on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, and applicable standards * Monitor and inspect BoP and foundation construction activities, applying inspection and hold points, identifying deviations, and managing quality issues with subcontractors * Review and control quality documentation, including ITPs, inspection records, test reports, material certificates, and as\-built documentation, ensuring full traceability and alignment with project requirements * Verify materials and delivered products to ensure compliance with technical and quality specifications * Coordinate and oversee inspections, testing activities, laboratory services, and third\-party quality assurance processes throughout all construction and foundation phases * Manage Non\-Conformities (NCs), including registration, root cause analysis review, corrective action follow\-up, and closure verification * Plan and conduct quality and documentation audits on site and across subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project and corporate requirements * Maintain accurate quality records, monitor construction progress from a quality perspective, and provide regular reports to project stakeholders * Participate in coordination meetings with subcontractors, laboratories, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of quality\-related matter * Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and supporting the enhancement of quality processes and the integrated management system **YOUR PROFILE** * Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required * Experience in civil construction projects, preferably within the wind energy sector and/or in quality inspection or supervisory roles * Solid understanding of quality control procedures, construction standards, and local and international regulations * Knowledge of quality management systems, quality assurance processes, and construction quality tools will be highly valued * Strong coordination, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills * Experience working in international and multicultural environments * Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable profile, with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle * Fluent English, both written and spoken. German language skills will be considered a strong advantage * Availability to travel frequently according to project requirements
