DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a Construction Site Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join our team in Talavera. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and have a solid track record in managing road projects, including highways and bridges. Responsibilities will include comprehensive supervision of civil works, asphalt paving, and traffic light installations, among other tasks. This position focuses on a humanization project for the N\-502 road, of civil and road nature, with an estimated duration of 3 to 4 months. We are looking for a serious professional with strong leadership and problem\-solving skills, available for immediate incorporation to ensure the project's success. ‍‍ **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and direct all site activities. * Supervise and coordinate personnel and subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Manage the execution of civil works, asphalt paving, and traffic light installations. * Control and optimize material and human resources. * Guarantee compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Prepare progress reports and report to project management. * Resolve incidents and contingencies arising during execution. * Maintain smooth communication with all stakeholders. * Ensure proper execution of the N\-502 humanization project. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. * Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years as a Construction Site Manager. * Specific experience in roadworks (roads, bridges). * Knowledge and experience in civil and asphalt works. * Ability to manage traffic light installations and other road infrastructure elements. * Leadership and team management skills. * Results\-oriented with goal achievement focus. * Analytical and problem\-solving capabilities. * Excellent communication skills. * Immediate availability. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Familiarity with project management software. * Experience in urban improvement or humanization projects. * Certifications in occupational health and safety. * Knowledge of traffic and road signage regulations. * Experience managing complex budgets.
