Produce pastry and confectionery according to resort standards **WeMoveWise is recruiting Pastry Cooks (Pastry Cook) for an international leader in hospitality and leisure, to create memorable sweet experiences in premium resorts in France and Italy.** **Your Environment** Premium All-Inclusive mountain resorts featuring multiple dining venues: high-end buffets, plated service, bistronomic restaurants, live cooking stations, and special events. An international setting where pastry technique, precision, and creativity make the difference. **Your Responsibilities** * Daily production of pastry and confectionery according to resort standards * Preparation and replenishment of high-volume buffets (600–1000 covers per service) * Support for plated service and bistronomic restaurants * Participation in live cooking demonstrations and gastronomic events * Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) * Organization and cleaning of your workstation * Collaboration with the kitchen team and support for junior staff **You Are** * A Pastry Cook with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional catering * Rigorous regarding processes, timing, and quality standards * Capable of handling high volumes without compromising precision * Autonomous, well-organized, and able to maintain a strong production pace * French or English language proficiency is not mandatory, but basic comprehension is required for daily tasks * Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer orientation What We Offer * Seasonal contract * Accommodation included within the resort * Meals included * Travel expenses covered * Work in exceptional destinations (mountain) * International and multicultural teams * Continuous training and real opportunities for career progression * International experience valued on your CV **Location** Peisey Vallandry – Serre Chevalier (France) Pragelato (Italy) **Start Date** Immediate Join us to shine on the plate and create unique experiences!
