Sports Facilities Coordinator – Madrid We are seeking a **Sports Facilities Coordinator** to assume operational management and coordination of **three sports centers located in Madrid city**, situated within an approximate radius of 20 km from each other. The **main facility will be located in Illescas**, from where coordination, supervision, and monitoring of the various centers’ operations will primarily take place. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the **proper functioning, organization, and coordination of sports facilities**, guaranteeing service quality, compliance with established procedures, and appropriate attention to users, teams, and sports entities. Areas and facilities under coordination The position includes coordination and supervision of various sports spaces and facilities, including: * Padel courts. * Gym and training areas. * Multi-sports complex and versatile sports spaces. * Football field. * Heated swimming pool. * Rooms and ancillary spaces designated for sports activities. Requirements * University degree / **Bachelor’s degree**, a mandatory requirement for this position. * Prior experience in **management, coordination, or direction of sports facilities**. * Ability to coordinate teams and organize daily operations across multiple centers. * Skills in planning, organization, and incident resolution. * Communication and stakeholder management skills—users, teams, and suppliers. * Availability to travel between the three centers as required. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle—valued due to the position’s mobility requirements.
