You will join a team and participate in the production of bread and similar products, always ensuring quality and efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include feeding and monitoring production lines, ensuring compliance with standards throughout all stages—from dough preparation to baking and cooling. You will inspect product quality to ensure correct texture, size, baking level, and appearance. You will also be responsible for packaging, labeling, and maintaining cleanliness of machinery and the workplace, adhering to food hygiene regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate in preparing the necessary ingredients to ensure smooth line operation. A temporary monthly contract is offered, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. The schedule is rotating (morning, afternoon, and night shifts), Monday through Saturday, adapting to various shift patterns. Compensation is competitive, comprising an hourly wage plus a night-shift premium, within a dynamic work environment at a growing food-sector company in Illescas. Prior experience in production roles, preferably within the food industry, is required. Ability to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays, is essential; availability to work on Saturdays is highly valued. Candidates must either own a personal vehicle or reside near Illescas or Olías del Rey to ensure reliable attendance. Immediate availability to start is required.
