Therefore, it is essential that our ERP systems remain aligned and that our workflows become progressively more global and unified. **ABOUT THE FACTORY QUALITY TECHNICIAN ROLE** We are currently seeking a Quality Technician whose primary mission will be to control and manage the processes and procedures of the Technical Area within the Quality Department, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations across all Alsea Iberia brands and safeguarding our customers’ health. Key responsibilities include: * Supervising external suppliers to ensure compliance with service-level agreements and food safety standards. * Validating products against technical specifications. * Managing quality and food safety incidents and complaints. * Preparing technical reports on departmental performance metrics. * Coordinating product recalls and establishing corrective action plans with suppliers to prevent recurrence. * Monitoring pest control activities in critical stores through on-site visits and tracking of corrective measures. * Updating pest control documentation and pesticide product records in accordance with current legislation. * Coordinating food safety studies, such as acrylamide analysis and shelf-life testing. * Verifying measurement equipment to ensure proper calibration and regulatory compliance. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Veterinary Science, or Food Technology). * Master’s degree in Food Safety. * Quality Management. * Problem Solving. * Planning and Organization. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Hybrid work model combining on-site and remote work. * Positive work environment and collaborative culture. * Continuous mentoring and learning opportunities. * Employee discounts extendable to three individuals of your choice (family members/friends). * Meal vouchers. * Discount portal for purchases with our partners (leisure, travel, shopping, etc.). * Flexible compensation, allowing you to allocate part of your salary toward additional benefits. * Access to our employee wellbeing app.
