Technical analysis and resolution of complex incidents. Autonomous project management and coordination of technical tasks. Design, creation, and maintenance of job execution flows (JCL). Management of dependencies and optimization of batch processes. Monitoring and automation of processes. Liaison with users for test preparation and execution. Effort estimation and participation in technical planning. Translation of business processes into batch technical solutions.
