We are seeking an IT Technical Engineer for a temporary position at the Torrespaña headquarters in Madrid. Responsibilities include administration and configuration of the corporate PPM platform, as well as project management, workflow handling, permission settings, automations, and configurations within Jira Service Management and Jira Software. The role also involves managing incidents, service requests, and change requests, coordinating with technical teams, project managers, and vendors. Additionally, the candidate will prepare reports, metrics, and KPIs to monitor activity, participate in tool improvement initiatives, and support identity management and access control. A degree in Computer Engineering (Senior or Technical) is required, along with experience in IT project and service management, advanced English proficiency, and knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM, KANBAN, Jira Service Management, Jira Software Cloud, identity management (IAM), and access control. Experience in preparing reports, KPIs, and dashboards, as well as administering corporate management tools, is also desirable. The contract is temporary, with working hours from 9:00 to 17:00, and a gross monthly salary of 2\.290,74 euros for Senior Engineering or 2\.054,53 euros for Technical Engineering.
