**Job Description** At Seppelec, S.L., we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler and Adjuster for industrial machinery to join our team permanently. The main responsibility will be assembling and adjusting mechanical components, ensuring they operate correctly and efficiently. The selected candidate will participate in the assembly, adjustment, and installation of industrial machinery both at our central facilities and on specific international projects. **Requirements** * Minimum two years’ verifiable experience in industrial machinery assembly. * Mechanical skills: Solid knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity. * Precision and attention to detail: Ability to perform tasks requiring high precision and accuracy. * Problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. * Blueprint and diagram reading skills: Interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical diagrams to carry out assemblies and/or repairs. * Teamwork: Collaborate with other technicians and members of the mechanical and electrical production teams. * Effective communication: Clearly communicate problems and solutions to other team members. * Proactivity and responsibility: Proactively identify maintenance needs and take ownership of one’s work. * Knowledge of safety standards: Understand and apply industrial safety regulations. * TIG welding knowledge is a plus. **Responsibilities** Key responsibilities include: * Manufacturing and installation of industrial machinery: Execute manufacturing and installation orders for new machines, ensuring their proper operation. * Preventive and corrective maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, detect potential failures, and perform repairs to keep machinery in optimal condition. * Equipment adjustment and calibration: Precisely adjust machine components to ensure optimal performance, using high-precision measuring instruments. * Fault diagnosis: Identify causes of machinery malfunctions using various diagnostic methods, including technical manual review. * Component repair: Repair or replace damaged parts, ensuring process quality and efficiency. * Assembly and maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic systems: Diagnose and repair issues in pneumatic and hydraulic systems controlling machinery. * Use of specialized tools: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.). * Documentation and recordkeeping: Maintain detailed records of manufacturing, repair, and maintenance activities performed, and replaced parts. **Education** * Vocational Training (FP): Medium or higher-level vocational training cycles in mechanical manufacturing and/or industrial maintenance.
