Regarding the process published on 30/04/2026, the application submission deadline has been extended from 07/05/2026 to 11/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). **Work Location** -------------------- * Madrid Headquarters of Tragsatec With occasional travel across the national territory **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Participate in project design. * Participate in preparing documentation for building projects (reports, regulatory justifications, drawings). * Participate in BIM modeling. * Collaborate in maintaining news and events related to the Urban Initiatives Network. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information contained in the candidate’s CV, whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits outlined in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Architecture (MECES Level 3) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (MECES Level 3), or a Bachelor’s + Official Master’s Degree in Architecture (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) #### **Additional Training** * Additional training in BIM modeling ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Basic or advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (to be verified during technical assessment) * Basic or advanced proficiency in Excel (to be verified during technical assessment) * Basic or advanced proficiency in Word (to be verified during technical assessment) * Eligibility to formalize a training contract for acquiring professional practice associated with the qualification required in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is accredited; nor may the candidate have previously entered into a training contract of this type associated with the same qualification for more than 6 months) **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training in Revit ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Professional experience in retrofitting or energy efficiency improvement projects for existing buildings (to be verified during technical assessment) * Professional experience in projects for public administration/public enterprises * Professional experience in drafting BIM-based building projects (to be verified during technical assessment) **Remarks** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable for another 6 months, if applicable.
