Job Summary: We are seeking a lathe operator for component manufacturing, responsible for machine setup and adjustment, milling machine, CNC, and lathe operation, dimensional inspection, and machining software programming. Proactive, precise, and autonomous individual We need a lathe operator to work in San Fernando de Henares at an industrial company specializing in component manufacturing. Responsibilities include machine setup and adjustment, operating milling machines, CNC lathes or conventional lathes, and dimensional inspection using calipers and micrometers. Additional duties include machining software programming, operating workshop machinery such as threaders and drills, performing preventive maintenance, interpreting blueprints, organizing and cleaning the workstation, and assisting with budgeting. Prior experience operating machining machinery and knowledge of blueprint interpretation are required. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift from 07:00 to 15:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 years of experience performing similar tasks. * We seek a proactive, precise, and autonomous individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. \- * GM Machining. \- Bridge Crane License.
