Therefore, it is essential that our ERP systems be fully aligned and that our workflows become progressively more global and unified. For this reason, our Information Technology department is seeking three new professionals to help standardize workflow processes across key strategic areas in SAP, managing various projects. **ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER ROLE** We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager whose primary mission will be to control and supervise the execution of new openings and renovations for both company-owned and franchised restaurants under our restaurant brands. Key responsibilities include: * Technical feasibility assessment of company-owned premises to verify compliance with internal requirements and administrative regulations, ensuring incident-free implementation and timely acquisition of all necessary permits and licenses. * Capex proposal for construction works for company-owned units and franchises, enabling preparation of Site Packages and providing the company/franchisee with investment cost information for budget forecasting. * Commissioning and review of engineering projects to ensure regulatory compliance and on-schedule implementation for assigned brands. * Review of tenders and budgets, as well as preparation of comparative analyses to provide the Procurement Department with decision-support information for project awarding. * Planning and monitoring of construction project execution, coordinating internal departments and external teams to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment of costs with the approved budget. * Capex tracking and control throughout all project phases, implementing necessary adjustments in response to unforeseen issues or complications, and reallocating budget items to meet the established budget while maintaining maximum quality. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** * At least three years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office suite. * High level of English is desirable. * Willingness to travel occasionally. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Hybrid work modality (in-office and remote). * Temporary contract to cover a paternity leave lasting approximately six months. * Positive work environment and collaborative culture. * Ongoing mentoring and learning opportunities. * Employee discounts applicable to yourself and up to three individuals of your choice (family members/friends). * Meal vouchers. * Discount portal for purchases with our partners (leisure, travel, shopping, etc.). * Flexible compensation scheme allowing you to allocate part of your salary toward additional benefits. * Access to our employee wellbeing app.
