At DXC Spain, we are seeking a **Cloud-Evolving Infrastructure Profile** to lead a team within a 24/7 critical environment in the insurance sector. The role focuses on coordinating technical teams, ensuring operational stability, and supporting the evolution toward cloud, **Requirements:** * \+8 years in IT infrastructure / operations * Experience in on-premise environments (mainframe experience is a plus) * Experience coordinating technical teams * Experience in 24/7 critical environments * Operational-level cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure or similar) — IaaS, networking, HA/DR * Solid middleware experience (WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss or others) in enterprise environments * Knowledge of traditional infrastructure: Linux/Unix, networking * Database administration experience (Oracle or others) * Experience in monitoring and automation (IaC) is a plus **Responsibilities:** * Coordination of infrastructure teams (Cloud/Middleware and DB, \~8–10 people) * Ensuring service operations (availability, continuity, incident management) * Monitoring platform capacity, performance, and growth * Managing operational procedures: scaling, changes, DR * Acting as liaison with clients and technical areas **Why DXC?
