PROBISA VÍAS Y OBRAS, a Eurovia subsidiary, is seeking to hire a Production Manager for Murcia. Main responsibilities: * Analyze project scope and plan required actions. * Identify external support needs for each work unit, selecting subcontractors based on economic and time comparisons. * Prepare subcontracting agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements: social security, occupational health and safety, quality standards, etc. * Monitor and control project execution regarding costs, schedules, quality, etc., ensuring alignment with contractual terms. * Ensure compliance with regulations related to occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and quality standards on site. * Prepare monthly project billing certifications. * Evaluate project performance and report productivity results. * Manage administrative allocation of project costs. * Determine amounts to be invoiced to clients based on completed work. * Support follow-up on client invoice collections.
