Position Summary: Right Decisions is seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager with expertise in commercial systems to lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of IT projects, identifying and specifying solutions aligned with business needs. Working with diverse technologies and agile methodologies. Due to its expansion, Right Decisions requires a CRM Project Manager for its CRM Department, with experience in Commercial Systems: CRM, Marketing Automation, Dynamics, Salesforce, Adobe, etc. Your Mission: * **Project Management**: planning, coordination, and supervision. * Understand business area requirements to **identify and specify technical solutions** that support them. * Manage and **monitor IT projects** in collaboration with business areas. * Manage development and maintenance vendors for systems supporting business areas under your responsibility. * Report directly to the IT Commercial Systems Manager. Requirements: * University degree, preferably in Engineering or IT. * Strong technical background: Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, etc.), web development (Java, REST API), and cloud computing. * Over 5 years’ experience in technical project management related to software development in technology or implementation of IT solutions, both in consulting firms and internal IT departments. * Experience with agile methodologies. Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are highly valued. * Candidates must possess strong communication and coordination skills, as they will collaborate with other functional IT leads (business partners), end-user departments, vendors, and external IT support. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
