Context In an Agile & DevOps environment, IT OPS acts as the guarantor of production from the project phase. It ensures that sound application production practices are integrated from the design stage to guarantee resilient, efficient, and compliant production. IT OPS works closely with Development, APS, SRE, FinOps, and Infrastructure teams within PF-IT project teams.
