At IPTEM – FISIODRID Group, we are opening a selection process to hire a physiotherapist to join our medical team at our center located at Calle Núñez de Balboa 85, in the Salamanca district of Madrid. Working hours: approximately 36 hours per week, to be agreed upon; schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30–14:30, plus Mondays and Wednesdays, 18:00–21:00. Main responsibilities: * Physiotherapist in the Pilates machine area, delivering machine-based group sessions (4 participants per session, 6 hours weekly) * Physiotherapist in the rehabilitation area for patients covered by private health insurance (30 hours weekly). Start date: before year-end / early next year. Indefinite-term contract with salary according to the collective agreement, plus individual and team-based productivity incentives paid quarterly. We are looking to incorporate the following professionals into our team: * A physiotherapist specialized in musculoskeletal pathology and sports rehabilitation. * A physiotherapist specialized in pelvic floor therapy (for both female and male patients). * Employed on a standard employment contract. Requirements for the physiotherapist position: * Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy. * Accredited ultrasound training course and experience in ultrasound-based diagnosis. * Experience in invasive physiotherapy: percutaneous neuromodulation and dry needling. * Prior clinical work experience and familiarity with medical equipment. * Highly desirable: intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency, certified course in sports injuries, and Pilates certification. Requirements for the pelvic floor physiotherapist position: * Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy plus an accredited Master’s program or advanced course in pelvic floor therapy. * Accredited ultrasound training course and experience in ultrasound-based diagnosis. * Experience in invasive physiotherapy: percutaneous neuromodulation and dry needling. * Prior clinical experience specifically in pelvic floor therapy and familiarity with related medical equipment. * Highly desirable: intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
