We are currently seeking a **BIM Coordinator** for a Substation Project for one of our clients in **Madrid**, with long-term prospects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordination across the three disciplines. * Management and auditing of BIM models. * Generation of clash detection reports and spatial strategy planning for projects. * Review and tracking of modeling team task progress. * Creation and tracking of model-related issues. * Providing support to modelers. * Participation in client meetings. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time employment. * Training plan. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements** * Cross-disciplinary BIM coordination, model review, and issue & clash tracking. * Verification of compliance with BIM standards, project procedures, and client requirements. * Conducting periodic model and documentation audits, including preparation and follow-up of reports. * Experience using tools such as: REVIT and/or CIVIL 3D, AutoCAD, NAVISWORKS, and ACC. * Experience with Revit, including use of shared parameters, view configuration, 3D model export to IFC, and CAD export for 2D deliverables. * Ability to work independently, in an organized manner, and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
