Servers are constantly on the move — standing, sitting, walking extensively, and performing various tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing 25 pounds or less unassisted; reaching overhead, kneeling, twisting, stretching, and bending). It is essential that servers perform their best work (and other reasonable tasks requested of them) to ensure guest stay success and our business success. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. (General Educational Development, GED). Relevant work experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Supervisory experience: Supervisory experience is not required.
