**What will be your responsibilities?**
Reporting to the Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician of the Joint Prevention Service and to the Human Resources Department at the Cantabria headquarters, you will perform the following duties:
* Coordinate the company’s preventive activities in accordance with current legislation: occupational risk assessment, preventive activity planning.
* Monitor and supervise preventive activities related to occupational risk prevention. Promote a preventive culture and safe behaviors in the plant, both for factory staff and external companies.
* Supervise compliance with preventive activities and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), verifying their effectiveness and suitability for identified risks.
* Control safety measures, identify deficiencies in compliance with preventive activities, and report and recommend immediate corrective actions.
* Deliver basic training and information to workers. Develop occupational risk prevention training pathways for employees.
* Investigate accidents and propose corrective and preventive measures.
* Facilitate interdepartmental coordination to ensure necessary cooperation, participating in production meetings and the Safety and Health Committee.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation of the prevention system (procedures, records, reports, etc.).

* We seek a professional holding a university degree and the Official Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology. Candidates with a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Occupational Risk Prevention will also be considered if they meet all other requirements.
* Proficiency in Office applications and ERP systems, as well as specialized software relevant to your field, is required.
* Prior experience in similar roles within an industrial company or an External Prevention Service will be highly valued.
* A valid driver’s license and some willingness to travel are required.
