




**Would you like to be part of a project where people are at the center and, at the same time, apply your technical knowledge in labor and administrative management?** **We are looking for a person with experience in HR labor and administrative areas, meticulous, organized, and proactive, to join our team.** **As a Labor and Human Resources Manager, you will participate in comprehensive personnel management and in relations with public administrations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and contributing to the smooth operation of the department.** Main responsibilities * Administrative personnel management: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, renewals, and modifications. * Handling labor and administrative procedures before CASS, the Immigration Service, and other official bodies, including processing permits, registrations, and other administrative tasks. * Preparation, review, and full management of payroll, with extensive experience in Andorran labor regulations. * Control and monitoring of labor documentation and employee records. * Support in recruitment, training, and internal development processes. * Collaboration in improvement projects and workplace well-being initiatives.
