




We are seeking two reservation agents for a tourist apartment company, with good communication skills, customer orientation, and organizational ability to work during the winter season (from November to March) in the comarca of La Vall d'Aran. Computer literacy and proficiency in office software (Office suite) will be valued, as well as a proactive and professional attitude when dealing with customers and managing reservations. Main responsibilities include: \- Customer service, both in person and over the phone. \- Accompanying and advising guests during their stay. \- Managing accommodation bookings and additional services. \- Handling and resolving incidents. * French (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * English (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Skills / knowledge: Ability to communicate effectively and interact courteously with people. * Temporary employment contract (5 months) * Full-time * Gross monthly salary 1420 * Additional information: Full-time with rotating shifts. Shifts may be from 9:00 to 17:00, 11:00 to 19:00, or 13:00 to 21:00, according to the established weekly schedule. The company offers reduced-cost accommodation.
