We are seeking two supervisors/supervisores de manteniment i neteja to work for a tourist apartment company during the winter season (from November to March) in the Vall d’Aran region. They will be responsible for supervising staff, controlling cleaning quality, and managing the delivery of necessary materials to the apartments. It is also essential that they are responsible, methodical, and capable of detecting defects or incidents in the accommodations, ensuring the quality and presentation standards of the apartments. Main duties include: \- Managing and reviewing cleaning tasks, as well as the placement and replenishment of cleaning products and electrical supplies. \- Ensuring proper service delivery to the apartments. \- Managing and resolving incidents related to the apartments or services. \- Maintaining the presentation and quality standards of the accommodations. \- Monitoring cleaning stages through the company's application. Skills/knowledge: Ability to organize and plan work. * Temporary employment contract (5 months) * Full-time * Gross monthly salary 1446 * Other relevant information: Full-time with rotating shifts according to the weekly schedule. Shifts may be: 10:00 to 18:00 or 11:00 to 19:00. The company offers accommodation at a reduced price.
