We are looking for someone who will be a fundamental link in our team: a versatile person familiar with both subsystems of the area (Warehouse and Dispatch/Picking), acting as key support to ensure the supply chain never stops—covering vacation coverage, training periods, or peak workload demands. What will you do on a daily basis? You will be the right-hand person of the logistics team, moving confidently between these two areas: Main Functions of Dispatch/Picking Traceability Management: Declare dispatched product batches in our system (TEN PLANTA) to ensure full production control. Agile Order Preparation: Assemble orders following priority instructions, always monitoring expiry dates and assigned batches. Finishing: Pack, palletize, and leave everything ready and precisely located for flawless dispatch. Main Functions of Warehouse Stock Control and Supply: Monitor inventory and ensure production areas receive required materials punctually. Loading and Unloading: Handle trucks, strap pallets, and prepare pallets for dispatch. Planning: Prepare internal orders based on production planning. Quality Reception: Assign batches to incoming raw and auxiliary materials, validating quantity, quality, and temperature according to our regulations. * Minimum 1 year of experience.
