From **ALANNIA ELS PRATS**, located in Miami Platja, we are seeking *Waiter Assistants* to join our team. These are the responsibilities: * Service Preparation. Set up and clear tables, ensuring that crockery, glassware, and cutlery are in perfect condition. Restock and organize the necessary tableware and utensils for service. Assist with cleaning and maintaining order in the work area. * Customer Service Assistance. Greet and seat customers according to the waiter's instructions. Serve water, bread, and other initial accompaniments. Assist with taking orders and accurately communicate requests to the kitchen or bar. * Food and Beverage Service Support. Transport and serve dishes and beverages promptly and efficiently. Clear used plates and utensils while keeping tables clean. Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to basic needs during meals. * Materials and Supplies Management. Monitor and replenish table supplies (napkins, condiments, etc.). Collaborate in receiving and storing goods. Report any damage to furniture or tableware. * Compliance with Hygiene and Safety Standards.
