**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Supervisor to support the completion of construction works in Pontenova, Lugo. **Workplace** -------------------- * Lugo Address: Pontenova **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize on-site activities following the instructions of the Site Manager, ensuring work quality and performance. * Collaborate in scheduling operations, preparing budgets, and layout planning. * Organize and coordinate human teams, instructing operators in specific tasks. * Schedule and validate activities carried out by collaborators and their teams, as well as the receipt of materials and supplies at the site or warehouse, following the Site Manager’s instructions. * Be responsible for machinery assigned to the site, confirming its receipt and reporting incidents (breakdowns, supplies, maintenance). * Supervise site execution through measurements, productivity calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the site’s safety plan, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and environmental standards. * Draft and sign off on corresponding work reports and immediately report any accidents or anomalies occurring on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by passing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Higher Technician (FPII) in Agriculture, Building and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance. #### **Additional Training** * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Training in Construction (60 hours) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid and current Spanish driving license type B. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training, distinct from that specified under Requirements, in civil engineering or construction * Additional training, distinct from that specified under Requirements, in Cartography (GIS or CAD) * Additional training, distinct from that specified under Requirements, in surveying or site layout * Additional training, distinct from that specified under Requirements, in office software ### **Prior Experience** * Between 3 months and 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction, recognized at the Technical Supervisor level (experience verified via employment contract). * Between 3 months and 2 years of experience in civil engineering or construction, recognized at professional levels other than Technical Supervisor (experience verified via employment contract). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 12 months. + Full-time working schedule. + Planned start date in September.
