**Intertek**, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for an HSE Representative for a long term project based at supplier in both Tarragona and Avenza areas. The candidate will act as a ClientRepresentative for all safety and operational activities across the two main fabrication yards. Presence will be split 75% Tarragona/25% Avenza, requiring regular travel between the two sites and suppliers to ensure oversight, coaching, and HSE alignment. **Responsibilities**: * Participate in PM meetings and provide safety trending and input. * Participate in Toolbox talks with contractors. * Manage safety training requirements on site. * Participate and provide input to stand downs. * Walk each yard, observe JSA’s, and provide coaching to employees and contractor safety staff. * Join daily SIMOPS meetings. * Assist with investigations when assigned. * Verify incident investigation corrective actions. * Send Incident Notifications to Client's management. * Discuss trends with contractors for them to address during weekly mass meetings. * Conduct a weekly safety site walk with contractor management and minimally two HSSE Gemba walks per week. * Provide weekly report out via email to HSSE Director. * Maintain incident reporting and management database. **Requirements** * Proven experience in HSE management or coordination in similar contests and projects in the oil and gas field. * Strong knowledge of SIMOPS, JSA, and field safety practices, with ability to coach and influence contractors. * Fluent in English; * Availability to travel between sites (Tarragona / Avenza).
