Do you want to advance your career by working with international clients at the European level? Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are searching for an Accountant on behalf of our client. The role’s mission is to assist companies in making critical financial decisions through the collection, monitoring, and correction of corporate financial data. You will be responsible for financial audits, bank statement reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial records throughout the year. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Responsible for maintaining the company’s accounting books. * Ensure timely and accurate posting in Navision of all unbilled costs and revenues. * Ensure the company’s compliance with all tax regulations (primarily the daily SII). * Review VISA settlements and cash advances, as well as business expense reimbursements for managers. * Verify and ensure that settlements and reimbursements comply with company policies and procedures and are approved according to current approval authorities. * Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and the monthly petty cash report. * Supervise accounts receivable (in coordination with the credit manager) and accounts payable, ensuring timely collections and payments. * Intercompany reconciliations. * Perform other tasks as required by your supervisor and management. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or Economics (accounting profile). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an accountant in an international company. * Excel and Navision. * English (written) and strong spoken proficiency. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Hybrid work model negotiable. * Salary: €25,000–€30,000 gross per annum. * Offices located in Polígono San Ginés, Murcia.
