As a freelancer, you will own student satisfaction and nourish our global community, providing the operational excellence needed to transform lives through tech education. ### **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Student Experience \& Success** * **Journey Ownership:** Guide the student experience from Admission to Graduation, acting as the primary operational point of contact. * **Community Building:** Create a vibrant environment outside the virtual classroom by organizing Tech Talks and networking events. * **Smooth Transitions:** Ensure a seamless hand\-off between Admissions, Program delivery, and Career Services. **2\. Teacher Support \& Management** * **Instructional Partnership:** Partner with Lead Teachers to optimize the in\-class experience and delivery. * **Talent Support:** Assist in the selection process for Lead Teachers and take the lead in hiring and supporting Teacher Assistants (TAs). **3\.
