Hierarchical Reporting: Current Governing Body of COCEMFE LEÓN Functional Reporting: Manager of COCEMFE CASTILLA y LEÓN Job Mission: Coordinate and implement a vocational guidance program targeting people with disabilities. The social worker will provide support in planning, executing, and monitoring the program, ensuring the integration of beneficiaries and proper justification and monitoring of the project at all stages. Job Responsibilities: Coordination and management of the vocational guidance program. Conducting social interventions, providing accompaniment and follow-up for people with disabilities, ensuring service quality. Social assessment and diagnosis through interviews and collaborative work with other professionals. Development of personalized intervention plans for each individual. Justification of social projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and funding requirements, including preparation of technical and financial reports. Support in organizing integration and awareness-raising activities, promoting social inclusion of people with disabilities. Guidance and counseling on accessing public and private social resources. Collaborative work with other professionals and multidisciplinary teams. Professional Profile: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Specialized training in social intervention with people with disabilities and management of vocational guidance programs. Experience managing social programs and justifying projects, both technically and financially. Proactive, empathetic individual with leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. Computer literacy at user level (Office suite). Immediate availability. Registration in the ECYL (Castilla y León Employment Service) as a job seeker is mandatory. Professional Experience: Minimum one year of experience in social intervention and case management. Experience justifying social projects, including preparation of technical and financial reports. Knowledge of public and private social resources. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with vulnerable groups (e.g., dependency, disability, etc.). Training in gender perspective, equality, and human rights. Experience in non-profit organizations or disability associations. Disability certificate indicating a disability degree of 33% or higher.
