Description

We are seeking staff for a residential care center, holding a qualification in Nursing Care Technician, Socio-Healthcare Assistant, or Assistance to Dependent Persons. The Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare Assistance to Dependent Persons in Social Institutions is also valid. A minimum of 6 to 12 months’ experience and a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace are required. A temporary contract is offered, with immediate start and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Shifts are rotating: morning, afternoon, and night. Salary follows the Collective Agreement for Private Residential Facilities in the Valencian Community. Additionally, supervised internal training is provided, along with opportunities for professional promotion and growth within a positive work environment. Responsibilities include supporting residents in their daily activities according to their care plan, assisting in the implementation of the Individualized Care Plan, and helping with mobilizations and postural changes.
