Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to carry out maintenance work on drinking water and sewerage networks, including fault repair, new service connections, and minor civil works. Minor civil works and equipment management In Alcalá del Júcar, we are seeking personnel to perform maintenance work on drinking water and sewerage networks. Tasks include supervising hydraulic installations and their control systems to ensure continuous operation. Fieldwork is essential: repairing faults, locating and sealing pipe leaks, and executing new service connections. Valves, pipes, and manholes are also installed or replaced. Additionally, minor civil works are carried out, such as excavating and backfilling trenches to access pipelines, concrete work, and site preparation. The operator must maintain pumping stations and reservoirs in good condition, including painting, cleaning, and caring for green areas. It is also essential to manage and maintain tools and work equipment. Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and environmental regulations is required. Other duties may include assisting with water sample collection for analysis. The contract is temporary and full-time. Basic education is mandatory. A Class B driving license is required. Experience driving trucks—especially sewer cleaning trucks—is desirable. Knowledge or experience in plumbing, masonry, and electric arc welding is also valued.
