Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in every project, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal environmental impact. **Job Responsibilities:** The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing all civil engineering aspects on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with the highest quality and safety standards. * **Technical Supervision:** Lead and coordinate civil engineering activities at the construction site, including planning, design, and execution of civil works. * **Project Management:** Collaborate in detailed project planning, including schedule development, resource allocation, and cost management. * **Quality Control:** Implement and supervise rigorous quality control measures to ensure all civil works comply with current technical specifications and regulations. * **Health and Safety:** Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all site activities, promoting a risk prevention culture. * **Coordination:** Maintain smooth and effective communication with engineering teams, construction crews, suppliers, subcontractors, local authorities, and clients. * **Technical Documentation:** Prepare and review relevant technical documentation, including drawings, descriptive reports, progress reports, certificates, and minutes. * **Risk Management:** Identify potential technical and operational risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact. * **Problem Solving:** Proactively address and resolve any challenges or unforeseen issues arising during the construction phase. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with applicable local, national, and international regulations, as well as obtained permits and licenses. * **Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on construction status, project progress, costs, and any relevant incidents. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** University degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or a related field. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles, preferably in infrastructure construction, renewable energy, or industrial projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid expertise in structural design and calculation, foundations, earthworks, general civil works, and sector-specific technical regulations. * **Design Tools:** Proficiency in design and calculation software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar). * **Project Management:** Experience in project management, planning, and cost control. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. * **Leadership and Teamwork:** Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative and productive work environment. * **Proactivity and Problem Solving:** A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with strong decision-making capabilities. * **Languages:** English proficiency is valued. * **Availability:** Willingness to travel and reside in the Requena area or its surroundings. **What We Offer:** * **Contract:** Permanent contract. * **Salary:** Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. * **Professional Development:** Opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading company in its sector. * **Challenging Projects:** Participation in innovative, large-scale projects in the field of renewable energy. * **Work Environment:** A dynamic, professional, and collaborative working environment.
