Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our industrial IT team, with emphasis on development, maintenance, integration, and support of automation systems. Key Highlights: 1. Development and maintenance of Siemens PLC automation systems. 2. Industrial integration and communications (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, OPC-UA). 3. Advanced technical support and resolution of critical incidents. Industrial IT Engineer We are seeking a professional to join our IT team within the industrial area. **Key responsibilities include:** 1\. Development and maintenance of automation systems * Program, modify, and optimize Siemens S7-300 and S7-1200/1500 PLC-based automation applications using STEP7 and TIA Portal. * Develop software in KOP, AWL, and SCL languages for process and machinery control. * Configure and maintain HMI interfaces and associated supervisory systems. * Participate in commissioning and validation of new installations and equipment. 2\. Industrial integration and communications * Design, configure, and maintain industrial networks (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus). * Implement and maintain OT-IT communications using protocols and technologies such as OPC-UA, MQTT, S7 connections, Snap7, and Libnodave. * Integrate production equipment with supervisory systems, traceability systems, and data analytics platforms. * Collaborate on digitalization and Industry 4.0 projects. 3\. Development of support applications and tools * Develop VA applications and utilities in C#, Python, or VBS for process automation, data acquisition, and industrial information exploitation. * Implement diagnostic, monitoring, and reporting tools. * Participate in the integration of industrial information databases and analytics platforms. 4\. Technical support and incident resolution * Analyze and resolve complex faults related to control systems, communications, and automation. * Respond rapidly and effectively to critical situations, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity. * Investigate root causes of incidents and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Provide advanced technical support to maintenance, production, and engineering teams. 5\. Engineering and technical documentation * Interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation created in EPLAN or equivalent tools. * Prepare and maintain functional documentation, network diagrams, procedures, and programming standards. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety requirements and best practices in automation.
