Junior Functional Analyst

We are looking for a colleague to join our Digital Transformation Department. **Reporting to the department head, your responsibilities will include:** * Gathering, analyzing, and documenting user functional requirements. * Translating business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams. * Participating in designing ICT solutions aligned with business processes. * Coordinating and monitoring project lifecycle phases (analysis, development, testing, implementation). * Conducting functional testing (UAT) and validating deliverables with users. * Preparing functional documentation and user manuals. * Training and supporting key users during the rollout of new tools. * Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and systems. **Our ideal colleague would possess the following competencies:** * Autonomous, proactive, open to change, flexible, and adaptable. * Curious, creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a continuously growing environment. * Interested in innovation and digital transformation. * Rigorous, responsible, assertive, and possessing strong communication skills. * Analytical, results-oriented, and capable of synthesis. **Minimum Requirements:** * Diploma or university degree in engineering. * A master’s degree in technical training or similar is desirable. * 1–2 years of professional experience performing the tasks described above. * Languages: spoken and written Spanish and Catalan. * Experience and/or knowledge of MS Office environments, project management certifications (PM), process modeling (BPMN, UML), and basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and software architecture will be valued. * Experience and/or expertise in defining, creating, and/or deploying AI agents and/or assistants will be valued. **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Opportunity to join a sector-leading company. * Flexible working hours. * 1 remote work day per week. * Continuous training. * Workplace: Sagalés offices in Mollet. * Special benefits and discounts as a member of the Sagalés Group.
