Cuétara belongs to the Adam Foods group, a food company with over 100 years of history. **Do you have experience in food production processes?** This is your opportunity to join our team as a multi-skilled dough operator at our biscuit plant! **What will be your role?** Ensure proper dough preparation and actively collaborate in packaging and end-of-line tasks, guaranteeing compliance with quality, food safety, and production process efficiency standards. **What would be your responsibilities?** **Dough preparation and processing** * Prepare and dose ingredients according to established formulas. * Carry out the kneading process and discharge of the base dough. * Control the thickness of the dough sheet and manage the recovery of trimmings. * Correctly identify off-line produced doughs. * Grind recovered biscuits and prepare dough using mill and thermomixer. **Machinery operation and technical adjustments** * Perform start-up, adjustment, and reassembly of key equipment such as laminator, oven, wire machine, and pneumatic transport systems after stops or incidents. * Turn on, monitor, and regulate burners along the line according to process needs. * Adjust rolling speeds and correctly dose fillings according to recipe and established parameters. **Quality and product parameter control** * Conduct process and product variable checks (thickness, weight, appearance, etc.). * Record process data in established systems. * Monitor raw biscuit weight and make necessary adjustments. * Apply corrections to biscuit baking level and appearance according to quality specifications. * Manage non-conforming biscuits and ensure their correct identification and disposal. **Operations on packaging and end-of-line** * Actively assist in packaging semi-finished products, including manual feeding of biscuits into equipment when necessary. * Detect and resolve issues during bagging and boxing (cleaning, unblocking, weight or shape defects), ensuring proper recovery and reinsertion of bags if applicable. **Cleaning, organization, and regulatory compliance** * Maintain workplace order and cleanliness following established routes, ensuring compliance with procedures and instructions regarding food safety, quality, environment, and occupational safety. * Actively participate in traceability of raw materials and work-in-progress products, as well as in continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to the implemented Lean system. **What are we looking for?** * Vocational training preferably in areas such as: Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery, Processes and Quality in the Food Industry, Manufacturing Process Operations, or Industrial Equipment Maintenance. * Previous experience in food industrial environments, especially in bakery, pastry, confectionery or similar processes. * Versatility and ability to adapt to different production lines and tasks. * Teamwork skills, proactivity, responsibility, and focus on quality. * Availability to work rotating shifts M/T/N Are you proactive, eager to learn, contribute, and enjoy? Role requires knowledge of all possible movement constraints, experience in one or two transport modes (Ocean, Air or Land) and knowledge of hazardous movements. Coordinates pre\-shipping instructions and works with service provider(s) on movements.
