To achieve this, **we need you!** We are looking for an **Oracle DBA** to join the **Glintt Next** team, where you can contribute your expertise in managing complex, highly critical environments, with solid hands-on experience across all Oracle domains: performance, backups, migrations, maintenance, and audits. **What will your day-to-day look like?** As an **Oracle DBA**, your daily responsibilities will focus on ensuring that **data platforms remain always available, secure, and operating at optimal performance** within a high-criticality telecommunications environment. You will administer Oracle databases across **multiple versions (from 10/11 up to 19c+)**, monitor their health, implement performance improvements, define and execute backup and recovery strategies, and lead **data migration processes using Oracle GoldenGate** and OCI environments.
